One of his most highly publicized cases involved more than 1,000 subpoenaed witnesses as he successfully defended Proposition 127 over the course of a five-day trial. As a former nuclear reactor supervisor, he also has a distinct perspective when navigating intricate regulatory environments.
Attorney Jacqueline Mendez Soto has worked with numerous employers, employees and families to solve legal challenges. She has a deep understanding of how issues such as discrimination, divorce and safety affect her clients. She served as in-house counsel for U-Haul International, Inc., advising executives in the development of legislation and labor relations matters. She is a former field examiner for the National Labor Relations Board charged with conducting and overseeing representation elections and investigating unfair labor practices.
